We suggest leaving all three on. The bigger cases are the rarest, so a calendar set to Premium only sits empty most weeks. Standard and Plus are what keep your calendar full between the big ones, and they cost less per appointment precisely because the case fee is smaller, so the math works out about the same. The tier is set by the prospect's confirmed debt, never by us, and each showed appointment draws that tier's price from your retainer. You can change your mix anytime in the portal.
